Powers
In order for a vampire to grow stronger within the city, one must acquire powers. Powers can be obtained from one of the 18 hidden guilds.
Most powers have three levels, obtained from 3 guilds (e.g. Thievery 3 is available at Thieves Guild 3).
This power has three levels.

Cost:
Thievery 1: 2000 coins
Thievery 2: 5000 coins
Thievery 3: 10000 coins
Thievery robs another vampire of
up to 25% of their coins at level 1
up to 50% of their coins at level 2
up to 75% of their coins at level 3.
This power has three levels.
Shadows decreases the number of days it takes for a vampire to
fall into shadows by one for each level. Normal time to fall
into shadows is 4 days of inactivity.

This power has three levels and requires the completion of a quest.
Celerity reduces the time it takes to gain an action point by
five minutes for each level.
Normal AP gain is 1 every 30 minutes.
Celerity level 1: AP +1 every 25 min.
Celerity level 2: AP +1 every 20 min.
Celerity level 3: AP +1 every 15 min.

Purchase one drink from each of the specified pubs.
WARNING: Do not ride transits on your quest!

Celerity 1: 4000 coins + 3 items.
Celerity 2: 8000 coins + 6 items.
Celerity 3: 17500 coins + 12 items.
This power has three levels and requires the completion of a quest.
Stamina increases your total maximum AP level by 10 points and
increases your ability to resist a Scroll of Turning's (SoTu) effect.
No Stamina levels: Standard AP, all SoTu's move you and take 10 BP off you.
Stamina 1: Standard AP +10, 25% of SoTu resisted
Stamina 2: Max AP +10 more, 50% of SoTu resisted
Stamina 3: Max AP +10 more, 75% of SoTu resisted

Quest
Go to the guild and pay the required coins to get a password and a location. Move to the intersection of the given location, say the password and lose the BP to gain the power.
Cost
Stamina 1: 1000 coins + 500 BP loss.
Stamina 2: 2500 coins + 1000 BP loss.
Stamina 3: 5000 coins + 1500 BP loss.
This power requires the completion of a quest.
Suction drains an extra pint of blood from the target each time you bite.

Bite 20 vampires with a higher BP than your own.

Surprise lets a vampire enter a "blued" (blocked or overcrowded) square.

This power requires the completion of a quest.
Perception allows a vampire to see whether or not another vampire on the same square is carrying coins, as well as warn of nearby hunters.

This power has three levels and requires the completion of a quest.
Charisma gives you a discount at many of the magic shops that move around the city.
As your level in Charisma increases, your discount increases proportionally. (There may be additional effects.)
Charisma 1: 3% discount at moving shops.
Charisma 2: 7% discount at moving shops.
Charisma 3: 10% discount at moving shops.

To complete your quest, have a specified number of other vampires with over 500BP say your vampire name at the pub that is given to you when you start your quest.
Cost
Charisma 1: 1000 coins + have 3 vampires say " sent me".
Charisma 2: 3000 coins + have 6 vampires say " sent me".
Charisma 3: 5000 coins + have 9 vampires say " sent me".
This power has three levels and requires the completion of a quest.
Locate tells you the location of another vampire. The accuracy
of the location increases with each level.

Your quest will be to move to four certain spots in the city and to say "Check-Point" for each level of Locate.
Cost
Locate 1: 1500 coins + 40 BP 4 x 10.
Locate 2: 4000 coins + 60 BP 4 x 15.
Locate 3: 15000 coins + 100 BP 4 x 25.
This power has three levels.
Telephathy allows you to send a private telepathic message to other vampires in game.

This power has three levels.
Neutrality designates your vampire as "non-violent."
No Neutrality: SoT/HW against you have full effect and you may use both.
Neutrality 1: SoT/HW against you have less effect. You can use them, but they will not
do as much damage as usually.
Neutrality 2: SoT/HW against you have little effect. You can use them, but they will not
do as much damage as usually.
Neutrality 3: SoT/HW against you are nearly worthless. You can use them, but they will not
do as much damage as usually.

Second-sight is different from all other powers. You do not get in guilds - the only way to get Second-sight is by donating 5 dollars to Ravenblack.
Second-sight enables you to see any other vampire's BP, powers and their lineage. Coupled
with different Levels of Locate it also tells you the location of the vampire you are currently
examining.
Second-sight also protects your vampire from being consumed by shadows. Usually your vampire is deleted after three weeks of complete inactivity. This does not happen once you have made a donation.
A vampire with a Battle Cloak can only be attacked by other vampires with a Cloak. Vice-versa, a cloaked vampire can only attack another cloaked vampire.
IMPORTANT: While a Battle Cloak is cheap to buy, it is extremely expensive to have it removed again!
In addition to that, it can only be removed ONCE.
